Dozens of student activists in Missoula joined the Global Climate Strike on Friday, leading an estimated 2,000 supporters in demanding sweeping changes to the status quo. itself a desperate push to set the planet on a new trajectory.

The students, who took turns speaking over the two-hour morning rally, didn't mince words, attacking institutional leaders, the educational system, consumers, motorists, the media, politicians, and an American system founded on capitalistic principles.
