The countdown to this year's International Wildlife Film Festival continues with today's trailer, "The Trouble With Wolves."

"Death threats, court battles, and, in the middle of it all, an iconic endangered species. This story takes an up-close look at the most controversial wildlife conservation issue of our time: the reintroduction of wolves. The film aims to find out whether coexistence is really possible by hearing from the people directly involved."

The 41st IWFF opens this Saturday in Missoula at the Roxy Theater.

"The Trouble With Wolves," one of the 150 films showing at this year's festival, screens after the 6 p.m. lecture "National Geographic Presents: Tracking America's Wild Heart" with Filmmaker Joe Riis and Chris Johns, who serves as the National Geographic Society's program leader of Beyond Yellowstone.
