As a Life Member of the Girl Scouts, I am proud to say there’s never been a better time to participate in Girl Scouts.  My scouting experience provided me a foundation for care of the land, service to community, leadership, and teamwork, as well as outdoor skills that have served me for a lifetime.

Girls are first at Girl Scouts and always will be. Since 1912, Girl Scouts of the USA has given girls the necessary tools to lead, break barriers, and create positive change.  Everything a Girl Scout does—whether it’s climbing mountains, speaking her mind, or dreaming up new technology—has been developed especially for, and is tested by, girls. Girl Scouts is a world where girls can do, and be, whatever they dream.

Girl Scouts is for girls who want to change the world, run a business, speak up for others, explore the outdoors, or build a robot. The program is designed to meet a girl where she is now and to grow along with her.

Research shows Girls Scouts excel in their lives and communities.  Girl Scouts delivers the best program for girls, preparing them for a lifetime of leadership, success, and adventure like no other organization in the world.

This is a great time to be part of a Girl Scout troop, share the experience with friends and family, or volunteer with Girl Scouts.  Every girl has a home at Girl Scouts. Learn more or join at gsmw.org.
