If you're a die hard fan of rhythm and blues and know the Blue Note Records lineup, then you likely were at the Top Hat on Sunday night for the Vintage Trouble concert.

Not there?

Then what you missed was the ghost of James Brown smiling down, and you know Ottis Redding and Marvin Gaye are just around the corner.

This band is following in the deep steps laid down by the greats of the 1960s and 70s, and they're doing it with soulful guitar playing from Swedish guitarist Nalle Colt.

Colt compliments the vocals and active stage presence of front man and co-founder Ty Taylor. The band formed in Hollywood in 2010 and made its presence known to the Euopean music world before coming back “home” to the U.A. in 2013.
