The Infamous Stringdusters and a guy drinking beer from a Viking horn capped the 13th annual Roots Fest in downtown Missoula.

Several thousand people packed the corner of Ryman and Main streets to spend the evening with the Grammy Award-winning band, which includes Travis Book on the bass; Andy Falco on the guitar, Jeremy Garrett on the fiddle; Andy Hall on the dobro; and Chris Pandolfi on the banjo

This is one of the meanest bluegrass ensembles in the land, and it didn’t disappoint Saturday night in Missoula.

As for the guy with the Viking horn – that’s a different story for a different Monday morning.
